As the managing member of the Texas-based XaaS (Everything as a Service) company, Zack brings a wealth of experience spanning technology, business strategy, and customer-centric services.​

Zack’s career trajectory began as a network infrastructure implementation engineer, and he swiftly advanced through roles in NOC support, presales, and account management. His comprehensive understanding of every phase in an organization’s lifecycle journey positions him as a strategic leader.​ At Totem Pole Tech, Zack’s vision is clear: to provide innovative and scalable solutions across diverse industries. The company’s mission revolves around simplifying complex processes, enhancing efficiency, and empowering organizations through cutting-edge software and services.

KEVIN DOWNES

Chief Technical Officer

Kevin is a seasoned professional with over three decades of expertise in business development, strategy, operations, sales, and technology leadership. His career began in the USMC, instilling a foundation of discipline and excellence. A Strayer University alumnus, he holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.

Before joining TPT, Kevin’s 21-year journey at General Datatech saw him excel as Field CTO of Modern Networking, Senior Account Manager, and Solution Architect. Starting as the eighth employee, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company to 800+ staff and $1.3B in revenue, culminating in its acquisition by HIG.
